To ensure the best possible results and protect your well-being, we kindly ask that you please do not book if you:
- Are under 18 years of age
- Are pregnant or nursing
- Are taking blood-thinning medications
- Have viral infections or underlying medical conditions
- Have diabetes without prior medical clearance
- Are undergoing chemotherapy
EXISTING COSMETIC TATTOOS
Approval is required before booking. Please provide clear, non-makeup, non-filter photos of your current cosmetic tattoo for review. A consultation is highly recommended to evaluate the existing tattoo and plan the best course of action for your desired results.
CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & LATE POLICY
Cancellations made within 3 days of your appointment or no-shows will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. To reschedule, please provide at least 3 days’ notice; promotional pricing may not apply to rescheduled appointments. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in cancellation without a refund, and a new deposit and booking will be required.
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
To ensure the best results and a smooth procedure, please follow these guidelines:
- Avoid coffee or stimulants.
- Refrain from consuming alcohol or taking blood thinners (e.g., Advil) 24 hours before your appointment.
- Do not use Retin-A products. (If you do, you will need to reschedule your appointment)
- If you have medical concerns, consult your doctor beforehand and bring a doctor’s note if required.
DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT
- No Guests Allowed: To maintain a safe, focused, and hygienic environment, children and additional guests are not permitted in the procedure room.
