Feminink Beauty, founded and operated by Stefania Perez, is a Permanent Makeup Studio & Academy located in Montclair, New Jersey. We’re searching for a Social Media Manager experienced in creating social media (TikTok & Instagram) content and engaging with an online audience. This is a Full Time Position (Not Remote).

Social Media Manager
If hired, your tasks would include:
- Taking photos and videos of Stefania during training sessions and procedures
- Scheduling content 30 days in advance with a cadence of 2 to 5 posts a week
- Becoming an expert with different TikTok & Instagram posting styles (graphics, carousels, reels, etc.)
- Providing a recap for the previous week and a forecast for the following week during meetings with management
- Engaging daily with our audience and other beauty industry professionals
- Maintaining our positive reputation and online presence
- Providing assistance with various miscellaneous projects and tasks
Bonus points if you’ve worked in the beauty industry and/or have experience with Canva, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro or other design/video editing tools.
Required to have excellent written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills.
