This is to register for our Charlotte, NC Location. This payment of $900 is a Non-Refundable & Non-Transferrable Deposit to hold your spot for our class. The remaining balance of $2,000 is due the first day of your training. You can pay the remainder of your balance with any major Credit/Debit Card, Cash, Zelle, Affirm, or CareCredit. We do not accept checks, money orders or any other payment method not listed above. We look forward to seeing you at our training course!
