This is to register for our Montclair, NJ Location. This payment of $500 is a Non-Refundable & Non-Transferrable Deposit to hold your spot for our class. The remaining balance of $1,400 is due the first day of your training. You can pay the remainder of your balance with any major Credit/Debit Card, Cash, Affirm or CareCredit. We do not accept checks, money orders or any other payment method not listed above. We look forward to seeing you at our training course!
